NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER – I received phone on may 3. I opened phone it looked like it had a couple marks on phone. Also, the phone was locked and in Spanish. Had to call AMAZON customer service for help. Finally got phone to work after a hard reset. And a factory reset. Also, the screen protector glass started coming off in my pocket as I grabbed phone the safety glass came off and got stock on my pocket and dropped phone. Screen cracked. Not a happy customer.

It’s what I expected for the price – It’s an ok phone the text app keeps shutting down and also some other apps I had to use a 3rd party app for texting on it. It’s a temporary phone for my daughter anyway And I got what I paid for.

Do Not Buy Under Any Circumstances – My mother purchased this phone for use with a government funded program, and from the get-go immediately began having issues. First, the phone came in packing marked as for sale Mexico, and while there was a ¨factory sealed”sticker on the box, the device had clearly been tampered with. a 3rd party launcher loaded with aggressive ads, and malware came as the default launcher. While a system reset solved the underlying issue, the phone still dispalys notifications in Spanish, despite the language being set to english. The itemś description on does not denote this is an international phone, and there is no clear indication this is the case.

Excellent! – The phone is Beautiful, I have one just like it, and haven’t had any problems, I’ve had my phone for 3 years and it’s still growing strong. So scared to order an Xtra one, because I probably won’t ever have to use it.
