Phone Seems Great–Works On Mint Mobile US – I am very impressed with the initial quality of the Oukitel WP16. It seems well made and solid. I don’t use face recognition so I can’t comment on that but, otherwise, all features work perfectly. The phone is very loud at full volume, the fingerprint sensor is quick, the display is clear, the flashlight is extremely bright, the battery is enormous and the phone does not seem to have any bloatware or other software issues. It runs straight Android. Oukitel has contacted me after sale to inquire if I need any customer support, have any questions, etc. and they have responded promptly to my responses. I’ve had no issues, but after sale service seems excellent based on these interactions. The phone is thicker and heavier than most smartphones due to the 10600mAh battery–a bit like a power bank with a phone built into it–but that’s fine by me. I use the WP16 in the US with Mint Mobile service which uses the T-mobile network and have had no problem getting 4g service in my area.

Wonderful battery long life. If it only had a screen. – Customer service was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Try to get a hold of them several times through their email. No reply. So I decided to contact them through amazon. When you contact them through Amazon they stay point blank you never tried to contact them. Then they try to make up every excuse why they can’t help you. They will then State you did not purchase the phone from them you purchased it through amazon. That is a third party vendor. Will tell you that you’re two year warranty will not cover the issues. Stated I did not have a issue with the phone because the battery life was perfectly fine. Phone will not work on wireless very well. I had issues with wireless and with the screen having minor flaws in it explained to them several times about the minor flaws several times through an email which did not get to them and the reason why I had to contact their customer service through amazon. When they finally did respond again they told me they did not see the issues in the screen. When they finally did reply back again they didn’t then told me Amazon has taken care of the issue. when I did talk to Amazon again about the issue Amazon did tell me that there was going to be handled. Which it has not. A few days ago I then dropped it from about 2 ft. I do want to show these pictures from two feet. Lovely pictures of a display of minor flaws in the display showing that 2 ft of damage can really do harm to a screen. I do want to give them a few Stars for generally the battery is better than any other phone that I’ve ever had. 3 days of service is great however when your phone breaks what uses a battery. Also what uses a phone when you can’t use wi-fi. Bringing us to the conclusion why do I need this phone. If their customer service can’t repair it. So don’t buy it and I hope you all see this phone is a piece of crap.

Phone was not unlocked – It is entirely possible, given that this purchase was made close to Christmas, that is was just a warehouse mixup. The phone claims to be unlocked so that you can use it with any carrier. This one was not. It was tied to sprint. Again, it was probably a mistake, but I can only go off of what I received.

First loved it and then it died – My husband ordered this phone once we realized how toxic other phones were to our health. These phones proved to not be a health issue. So then we ordered me one as well. Other than for health issues with our old Galaxy phones, well it was a little bit of getting used to. However, my husband used his phone all of the time and I like my computer best and have never been into cell phones or at least at home. His phone would stay charged for days and mine with very little use would die quickly. It finally stopped that issue for a couple of weeks and then it wouldn’t charge up. Now it is dead and I can’t charge it or do anything. In the long run I feel it was a waste of money for my phone. Now I think I will try to find a case for my old phone to make it safe to use.

I have nerve damage and cannot feel my fingers very often so I am constantly dropping things. And breaking phones. This far, this phone has more than just survived, it is still running like it did the day I bought it. The only issue I’ve ever had is with the SD and sim card carriage. The SD card does not like to stay put when removing and inserting the carriage which is exceedingly more difficult with numb fingers. It also has been prompting a corruption problem with the SD cards. Looking for a solution now, but definitely recommend, especially to the clumsy and nerve damaged out there.

This is the last phone you will ever need – This phone is amazing it lives up to all of the hype. This company has focused on the consumer instead of focusing on the profits. Long battery life I play games blast music and use Bluetooth as well as I have a moving lock screen picture and I get 3 days out of this phone on one charge which is 10x better than any other phone I’ve had. The first thing I did with this phone was put it underwater the video is amazing and the phone is unharmed. My games run smoothly while I listen to YouTube at the same time. the speaker is loud and clear. It does not support wired headphones which I love about it because I hate wire headphones (this is probably due to the sealing for waterproofing) Very durable feels very strong in hand I’ve dropped it a few times as well and it has survived unscathed. Strong Bluetooth I’ve experienced no crackling or skipping keeps strong connection thru and thru. Comes With a multi tool which includes fun and easy to use apps for survival. The price for this phone I was shocked saying it has to be more or I’m getting scammed but no after receiving the product I feel as I have robbed them with the low price and the remarkable features This phone is the phone of phones this phone can be use from construction to camping, very reliable and will never buy another phone that isn’t Oukitel. Keep up the good work and thank you for amazing customer service and always thinking of the customer Number 1 in my book hands down

Stated I did not have a issue with the phone because the battery life was perfectly fine. Phone will not work on wireless very well. I had issues with wireless and with the screen having minor flaws in it explained to them several times about the minor flaws several times through an email which did not get to them and the reason why I had to contact their customer service through amazon. When they finally did respond again they told me they did not see the issues in the screen. When they finally did reply back again they didn’t then told me Amazon has taken care of the issue. when I did talk to Amazon again about the issue Amazon did tell me that there was going to be handled. Which it has not. A few days ago I then dropped it from about 2 ft. I do want to show these pictures from two feet. Lovely pictures of a display of minor flaws in the display showing that 2 ft of damage can really do harm to a screen. I do want to give them a few Stars for generally the battery is better than any other phone that I’ve ever had. 3 days of service is great however when your phone breaks what uses a battery. Also what uses a phone when you can’t use wi-fi. Bringing us to the conclusion why do I need this phone. If their customer service can’t repair it. So don’t buy it and I hope you all see this phone is a piece of crap.
