Exactly as described! – I bought this to replace a Rog phone 5 tencent variant I bought thinking it would work in US, it did not. This phone, however, is exactly as described and functions perfectly! It is a big ‘ol heavy phone, more like a weapon than a phone. I’m normally a charge or two through out the day, but this phone I charge every two days. Works perfectly on T-Mobile everywhere I have been, from Wilmington, NC to Riverton, WY, and I have not had a single issue! This phone is well worth the money!

ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ZERO WIRELESS CHARGING – I’ve posted several support tickets on the website, and there’s zero response to any of them. My phone won’t charge wirelessly with ANY charge I use, and I’ve tried 5 different wireless chargers – which makes me think the phone LITERALLY DOESN’T HAVE THE CAPABILITY. The fingerprint reader works just overthan 50% of the time – several tries are typically required. The phone might be heavy, but I’m not so sure about its durability yet. The screen protector already has a small gouge in it, and I’ve literally only dropped the phone once since I’ve had it. I don’t live that rugged of a lifestyle – I just don’t like how delicate phones are today. Samsung is literally making the exteriors of their phones out of glass, so of course you’re going to break it. The phone performs well for the most part. The 2nd biggest reason I got this phone was for the battery – THE BATTERY is the only reason I’ve kept the phone. IT DOES last for several days. I just wish the wireless charging worked so I wouldn’t risk damaging the charging port. DON’T GET THIS PHONE unless you’re willing to keep a lemon.
