Best phone I ever purchased! – This has got to be my favorite phone I have ever bought ! It’s tough,has awesome features and is loud as hell lol the real night vision is badass !! I couldn’t be happier about this phone and the price was totally worth it since I bought a Samsung phone before for over 1000 dollars and wasn’t half as good as this phone for less than 300 bucks ..it’s heavy but strong so no problem with that because it’s built like a tank lol I’m totally happy and have recommended it to all my friends and family !

Very pleased, but… – I am very pleased with this phone I purchased the Sonam rugged phone it claimed to be waterproof I didn’t have luck with the first Sonam water broke through the back seal so I purchased another Sonam and again prove to not be truly waterproof so I went with the AGM and I am very pleased with this phone but I can’t figure out how to charge it faster that being said the battery is very strong and last a good while I’m just curious if there is a faster way to charge the phone so I purchased the charging dock from AGM and I’m waiting to see if that will speed things up

Do not buy- nonexistent customer service – I originally gave this phone a 5 star rating. However I now have a problem with my microphone. The phone is 6 months old and is covered by the 1 year warranty. The customer service phone number is disconnected. I emailed the address with a detailed explanation of the issue and everything I have done to troubleshoot it. Mind you I’m very tech savvy and after 4-5 days I received a response asking me to do what I already explained I had done. I replied and I’m still waiting for a response. $250+ for a six month phone is a horrible deal.
