Renewed phone looks brand new – I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone and that it would look new. This one did not disappoint. It looks like new, the screen has no scratches and it came with a screen protector already installed. Yes, it is the basics, just the charger cable and power plug. Nothing to complain about. The battery appears to have a lot of life to it and it charges up quickly. I gave the battery 4 stars only because it’s unknown how long the battery will actually last. The seller does guarantee at least 80% battery life on the phone. So far so good and it’s hard to beat the price point. I was out of town and had it shipped to an out of town address. I was concerned about the delivery time, but I received the phone in less than 48 hours from the time I placed the order.

Exactly as described. – I was very hesitant to order a phone that is unlocked and refurbished, but I took a leap of faith after reading so many reviews. I chose the iPhone 12 Pro Max in Pacific Blue and in Excellent Condition, the battery life is at 93%, the phone was in great condition, and everything functions well. There were some very minor cosmetic scratches on the top and bottom of the phone, but without looking for them, they are invisible to the naked eye. The only thing that did not come in the package was a SIM removal tool like listed above, however, that’s nothing a paper clip can’t do! I’m genuinely so happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy again!

PHONE WAS LOCKED!!!! couldnt even use (update fixed!) – I was so excited to see that my package arrived I’ve been needing a new phone. The phone was very nice no visible scratches or cracks I loved the phone. I got to the sim card and placed mine inside and the screen appeared with the sim locked. So I did some research and yes the phone I was sent was fully locked by a different carrier other than what was advertised as “fully unlocked”. -(update) I was easily able to unlock the phone by contacting the carrier which it was locked in.

Came as advertised – The product had minor scratches on the edges, camera ring and a battery health of 87%. No scratches on the camera lenses and one barely noticeable scratch on the screen. Ideally I would’ve preferred if it was in a better condition but since I use a case I don’t see the scratches and the phone works fine. It also came with a generic charger as advertised.
