Arrived like new – The phone and accessories were shipped fast and looked brand new. No problems setting it up to Xfinity Mobile line. For some reason, Xfinity will not sell you a another phone unless you pay for another line. So if you’re looking for a backup phone, would recommend this seller.

3rd phone ordered – Over the last few months I have received 3 phones from this seller. More to cometh? The first one was missing the sim tray, so got another. The second one was intact. Getting it to work on my carrier was a pain however. Finally it worked. However the phone only lasted a month. The 3rd phone is sitting on the desk right now. I had to wait 2hrs at the post office to pick it up. Unfortunately it wasn’t unlocked as promised. To return it will be another 2 hours of my time. And then picking up the 4th edition will be another 2 on top of that. So, the bargain price on this good phone from a crappy company is costing me more than just buying it from another agency. I recommend avoiding this seller. Unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence.
