Item is not “… brand new with … – Item is not “…brand new with all accessories…” as stated by Yossy Passy. Mine does not comes with the earpiece or manual. It’s a store recondition item with minimal scratches on the outside. However, I emailed seller to return it after 15-20 minutes of receiving the item because it was defective. When type, the “z” key will automatically type “Zzzzzzzzzz” when having the thumb over the key or around it such as using the “a”, “s”, “alt” or the shift button/key. Price and condition is justifiable only if it works the way it should. I would have keep it if it weren’t for the “z” key. Phone kept searching and adding a speed dial at the main screen….

Works fine, but when shaken it sounds like a baby rattle… – They obviously had this apart and I’m OK with that, but I do wish they had found the loose screw in the process. I’m a little concerned that thing will short out at some point. Not concerned enough to send it back. The back cover looked like someone rolled over one of the long edges, with it lying concave side up, with a desk chair, and was unacceptable, but I had a spare, so I didn’t care about that. Both those things were not great, but I knew I was buying a refirb.

good quality phone in my opinion for those who don’t … – This is a solid, good quality phone in my opinion for those who don’t require the latest and greatest smart phones. The only downside is the limited options Blackberry has for apps. Otherwise, I like everything else about it.

Not Working Properly – I received my phone yesterday. Took it to the AT&T store to get a sim card and the agent noticed the battery had water damage, plus when trying to type the m, period, or l keys the $ sign would get hit also. This was evidently a refurbished phone and not new as I was led to believe. I will be returning it.
