Purchased 2, Same problem with each, NO POWER! – I purchased this phone for my grandfather and I was setting it up for him. The first phone never powered on. After inserting the battery and placing the phone on the charger I never got it to power on. I grabbed a wireless charger from the store and actually got the phone to show that it was charging BUT after charging to 20% over about 24 hours it still never powered on AND went back to showing 0% when I placed it back on the pad.

Blu J6 Phone – Edit: Jan 28 2022 – Got back the ‘new’ phone from Blu, same problem, now with additional ones. It keeps shutting down and blanking out mid-call, then it let out a high piercing sound then shut down and this happened a week after I got it back from them. They said to return it for a new phone but at this point, I just need a refund. I told them that i need my money back, not a new phone, and haven’t heard from them since. I will NEVER buy a Blu phone again. I can’t go through this again. So if I can change this from 3 stars to 1 star, I will.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH METROPCS – Nice phone but COMPLETELY USELESS. Product description states compatible with MetroPCS. IT IS NOT! Amazon didn’t take care of me. Cannot return. Wasted money.

Very Slow – I got this phone, just to play pokemon go. I am not hooking it up to a service provider. I can’t speak on that aspect. However it is very slow in opening apps. I even deleted some of the junk apps, it came with. This still did not improve the problem. Overall it is a decent phone, I like that it came with a case. Even slow, it will still serve its purpose.

Blu J6 Phone – Edit: Jan 28 2022 – Got back the ‘new’ phone from Blu, same problem, now with additional ones. Would not recommend – The phone looks good but most outgoing/incoming calls have to be placed twice in order to hear the next person. There is also a noise on the receivers end coming through the phone majority of the time.

Decent unlocked phone – We bought this phone for our kids to use and it works well for them. It has the Google Family app and I can approve apps and also track down the phone if needed using my phone. It’s definitely smaller and thicker than most smartphones these days but it’s a decent phone and the price was definitely right.
