Arrived dead – The phone was delivered with 0% battery. I bought this phone for its durability,long lasting battery and quick charging. When I plugged it in. The time to get 100% was 3hr 40mins. It’s supposed to charge 1% per minute. I had some freeze out and app glitch before an update found me in an hour. It’s not fast but since the update it isn’t horrible. It also keeps saying I need an SD card for the camera to work. My main concern is the possibility that the battery was damaged from being without any charge for an extended time.

Should have known not to buy refurbished – Touchscreen had problems almost immediately and getting worse. Have to turn off screen and turn back on frequently. screen jumps around like it’s haunted
