Dead phone within 2.5 months – Product often overheated and died within 2.5 months of purchase date. Complete rip off as warranty was only for 90 days.

It’s not that rugged or reliable – Well at first it was a great buy but later the camera lens screen got cracked. I got in contact with the third party seller and he gave me two options a replacement lense credit of 30.00 bucks or a replacement phone. I took the replacement phone because the crack happen in less than two weeks. Since then let me tell you about the cons. Conference calls don’t work only one call at a time, the camera lense developed a small lense crack in less then two weeks so therefore it isnt rugged at all, the YouTube app lately bufferd super slow I tried clearing the catch, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it doesn’t do nothing but if you go to YouTube.con on your web browser it works fine, and now the annoying part the screen does whatever it like click on multiples screens on its own, it’s impossible to get someone from CUBOT to help you in troubleshooting. Pros nice screen doesn’t get scuffed , big screen.
