Device not fall proof – I was excited to receive the product and have been mostly satisfied with how it functions. The main reason for my purchase choice was getting a sturdy device resistant to dust, moisture and fall impact. My device recently fell and the screen broke from the bottom left corner, 1/3 of the screen is now black with the entire screen unresponsive. This device is not fall proof as suggested.

Tough no nonsense phone for kids – $200 for a very tough, waterproof phone. My kid can drop it in the toilet (it’s happened) or on the ground, and I don’t have to worry about it. No Sim card needed, just connect to wifi, and he thinks he’s a big shot.

Heavy duty phone with great battery life. – This looks and feels like getting a quality phone with an expensive waterproof, shockproof case included. Screen resolution and color quality top notch. The phone boots fast and programs open quickly. I really like the waterproof flap built in to protect the SIM/SD card slot. Battery life is impressive. Charged over a day ago, used periodically throughout the day and still have 60% battery. Will be able to get 2 days on a charge easily. So far I don’t see any differences between this and my more expensive name brand phones. Feels good in my hand and I feel confident it is going to stand up to getting knocked around quite well. Plenty camera options and great quality pictures. Connected to my service provider and wifi without a hitch. Comes loaded with Android 11. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong.

This phone will only work with T-Mobile – Absolutely do not waste any time at all looking any farther into what carriers this phone supports it will only work with T-Mobile. I have tried every different way to get AT&t straight talk to work it is not compatible.
