Won’t break, but the screen, speaker and battery are not what they should be – So I’m not sure if they still make this thing, but here’s the way mine turned out after about a year.

Battery life is awesome – I spent way too much time trying to decide what rugged phone to get. To be clear, I have not ever been hard on my phones. I have always bought tough cases and belt clips and been careful I guess. I was mainly interested in battery life at first, then found videos of the king kong being frozen, run over, torched, fried in a skillet, and I was impressed. So for the first time ever I am going case less and so far so good. I have dropped it a few times but no big deal. The funny thing is I am tempted to throw it or abuse it, but then if something went wrong I would feel kinda dumb, eh? Hopefully when I do drop it from 50 ft or something I’ll have a witness that can be impressed. BTW this is a treble compatible phone so it is possible to install Android 10 or Lineage which is kind of a cool linux for phones. Its a bit tricky but works, I tried both. One last thing I hope will be an advantage is that the case is screwed together, I hope that I can replace the battery when it goes bad. I am going to try and make this phone last a long time. If I remember, I’ll try and update in a few years.

its a Great back up phone and light weight – I got this phone and as you can see the package is very nice! I have a doogee s80/w a cracked screen and got this phone as a back up. IF I compare this phone to the S80.. the S80 is hands down worth the money. this Phones screen is very nice as for as controlling it, very responsive. the picture is nice I can’t complain . The camera is NOT ideal. The camera on the real can have lag issues, Photos are Ehhh. This phone in the USA, on AT&T, does NOT get out of 3g even tho it’s pre set to 4g lte. On WIFI I was able to down load 7 apps with in 5 minutes/. I got PubG and played it. The 1st time was straight garbage BUT the following day it was running smooth on normal settings. This phone is light weight is less 1/4 of my S80. the Battery is also MUCH smaller and with this phone if you play music ALL DAY and play videos ALL DAY to either watch or just listen you will need to charge daily. I did some looking up. My S80 and this phone have the SAME CPU and octa cores. Also the Bluetooth is loud, my S80 had a very low volume on the BT. O and the speaker phone is NOT loud at all IDC what those youtuber’s say! I’m pleased about that set my mind at ease. BUT on the SAME day I got this phone I went for a jog just 1 hour after opening it and setting it up. I walked out side and BAM I dropped it ( not on purpose) and the screen took a dump. I’m happy I will get a replacement with in the following days to come .

Respectable product marginal service – We purchased two of the King Kong III to meet my husbands disability needs and clumsiness. The product is as described and we like the phones.
