Lookup how to enter BYOD APN – T-Mobile 5G Compatible – Note: to get this to work on T-Mobile 5G/4G, you will have to enter the APN info yourself. It’s easy, just Google it and take your time doing it. Coming from a Galaxy S10+, this phone doesn’t seem to have any noticeable performance difference.

Locked Phone They lied – They say the phone works with all carriers,but it doesn’t can only use with T-Mobile. Wouldn’t connect with Straight Talk or AT&T. I wasn’t about to waste more time with Verizon.

Flagship rugged phone – The Dooge V20 has all the specs of a premium phone and its really the flagship phone out of all the rugged phones. I have used a lot of rugged phones in the past but most of which are sluggish and used to fade out in performance of battery very soon unlike Dooge V20.

Not as rugged as they claim! – This phone is not as “rugged” as they claim!!!! I have not even had my phone for a month and the phone got knocked out of my pocket by my dog. This was the first time I even dropped the phone. It didn’t even fall a whole three feet and the screen is shattered at the top. I had the “protective” screen on that they sent with the phone and everything. The protective screen is fine, but the actual glass screen on the phone is shattered at the top. I have had non “rugged” phones survive more than this. The whole reason I got this phone is because I thought it would be stronger than normal phones! I just hope that the company is willing to replaced the phone or have my money sent back to me, because this phone was not supposed to be a cheap piece of crap! I’m willing to give anything a second chance, especially since I liked the phone up until now. I work in the field of manufacturing and I understand that every now and then a product gets out that doesn’t fit standards. Mistakes happen. I just hope that the company is willing to realize that they made a mistake and are willing to fix it. This was not a cheap phone for someone like me. If things are corrected then I will be willing to write a better review, but for right now, if you want something that will survive even the smallest fall out of your pocket, I do not recommend this phone. So very disappointed!

Very decent phone with some nice features – I got this phone to replace my roughly 5 year old xiaomi mi 6. It was starting to get old and this looks like a great replacement which is actually cheaper than my old phone. Transferring all my data over and setting up was good. Seems to work really fast so far. Hopefully this keeps up. I also really like the durability of it. With two little kids, my phone gets dropped a lot so I am happy that this will withstand that wear and tear. another feature that looked neat is the dual sim/memory card slot. I haven’t used this feasture yet but quite a cool concept.

Rugged phone? – Great looking screen. No complaints in the with the speed of the phone, plays any games I ask of it. The loudspeaker is loud but distorted. Hardly compatible with TMobile. Mobile data only 30Mb/sec on 5g. Fingerprint sensor stopped working after only 3 months. Google maps frequently locks up end up having to soft reset phone before I can interact with phone again. Not happy with my purchase
