Great little basic cell phone!!! But I had some issues now!!!. – Love this little phone fits in the palm of my hand and is light not heavy like my smart phone was. So much easier to use then my smart phone!!! I don’t have to have WiFi to set it up, can hold over 500 names. Just and FYI you can only add names and phone numbers no address etc. The names can only be around 20 letters, no dashes in the phone number. Texting is much easier for me to see and do. The battery last a long time!!! I have a landline and only use this phone for long distance phone calls and emergency calls.

Easy for seniors – I bought this for my 84 year-old mother in a nursing home, as an iPhone was too complicated for her. She only needs to receive and occasionally make calls, and this fits the bill. It’s basically a phone from around 2004, with a user replaceable battery (!), no internet access despite the 4G, and a primitive camera (which the manual doesn’t even mention). Anyway, clear speakerphone, big buttons, easy speed dial. Fits the bill for our needs. Works with T-Mobile.

Great little phone. Does NOT work with Consumer Cellular – I purchased this phone for my 99 yo father, who just needed something easy and loud. I specifically got this one because it clearly stated it worked with Consumer Cellular, but it doesn’t. We tried everything and it would not work. Quick trip to TMobile got me a cheaper plan and working in no time. I like that you can add pictures to contacts. I added the main people dad calls to speed dial, and he can now find them by looking for the photo. The volume and clarity seem to be good for him, much better than the flip phone he had. The charging dock is also great; no fumbling with the tiny charge slot on the phone. For a pretty basic senior phone, I would recommend this. But only if you have TMobile service.
