This is a larger, heavier phone than you think. It also seems very durable. – The customer service is excellent. They made sure the phone would work with the service I have. They even followed up. This seems to be a durable phone and not too huge for my farmer husband. He breaks things. I would give this product 5 stars on all aspects but it is a reconditioned phone and it would be nice to have a booklet or instructions with the phone. A good phone and excellent service from the seller. I will look for this company again.

Phone can’t be accessed. All corporate safeguards were left on phone. Keeps asking for a password. – Needed to replace my phone and so I ordered this one. Supposed to be unlocked and refurbished. Phone won’t allow access as all the corporate safeguards were left on the phone and it keeps asking for a password. Phone will charge and operate but won’t let you get to any of the functions.
