mine was only partly unlocked. Hotspot did not work – i already own 2 unlocked AT&T and 1 unlocked T-mobile. Only the unlocked T-mobile can create a working hotspot.

Kyocera phone – Bought this phone for my husband, he is a little hard on phones. He seems to really like it most of the time. His main issue is the echo and static when he calls certain people, and he can’t send/receive photos.

Not tmoble compatable – Went to TMobile/metro they told me it’s not possible. Even checked the site. I love durable phones. But this is just my internet phone now.

Inside of phone needed to be cleaned. – The phone was a very good deal. Except was filthy. When opening for sim card you could see the nastiness. Also the speakers were caked with filth. For lack of a better word. My suggestion is next time you refurbish a phone someone should clean them. I did with a wet qtip. And I got a black qtip. Ether than that batteries life isn’t great half a day and it’s dead. Phone its self great shape. Thanks

Phone would not turn on or charge – Phone would not charge. Charger came with it but would not work. The seller suggested I find another charger cord. I used a Samsung cord I had. I had to plug it into my computer modem for the red led light to blink. I assumed it was charging. Had it plugged in over 12 hours. Still could not turn it on. I read the review about the terrible battery. Should have believed it.

doesn’t allow me to setup and battery is dying – This is pre-owned, though it says that it is new. And Android security doesn’t allow to me sign up. I spent 3 hours to unlock pre-owned google’s account. But it turned out that the battery was dying. Also this phone is tightly linked to AT&T and data plan is not working at T-Mobile. I gave up and deceived to return. Unfortunately I need to pay for return.
