Great responsive and tough phone – I’m not a phone fanatic but did shop around for the best bang for the buck for a camera that can survive my work environment and this one is doing great so far. The metal frame of the phone is really tough and the build quality is nice. The sapphire screen is really holding up compared to sub $100 dollar phones I’ve had break in the past in my pocket when simply carrying heavy equipment or fumbles when trying to answer it while working. I also added an aftermarket screen cover on top of that already tough screen and also a plastic skin/case that makes it even more impact resistant so I’m sure those also are helping but not sure they are really necessary. I was just tired of phones crumbling over time in my pocket when doing maintenance and mechanical work so I bought the screen and skin/cover at the same time as the phone even though they seemed like overkill when I put them all together. The only quibble I’ve had are that non-system apps don’t have control over the LED color like some other phones which is not big deal, though it would be nice to have a different color for different texters/callers so one could separate out the important stuff without unlocking the phone fully. The fingerprint unlock is nice and works well. The physical navigation buttons are also great. I haven’t immersed the phone but like that it is designed for it which gives it a satisfactory amount of overkill for my life. I don’t have to baby it around water and never worry about a bit, or even a lot, of spray when boating, working with plumbing, or getting caught in the rain

Military standard approved, I’had it 3-5 years & still woy very well !!! – Phone & photos!

    3. R. H (verified owner)

Horrible Condition – The device was in horrible condition. It wouldn’t even turn on. When inserting the SIM card, the whole back of the phone was covered in some goo and marked with a sticker that said “broken”. Screen was scratched and the bottom was dented in. Sent it back immediately.

Phone came locked. – Needed a different phone model because we are switching cell carriers. Phone came locked even though said it would be unlocked and as we were mid carrier, no one could unlock it. Worthless to me and wasted several hours of my time figuring it out.

    5. L. E (verified owner)

Extremely durable. – I am somewhat dissatisfied with the phone because of sound quality.

    6. C. L (verified owner)

Refurbished: Almost as new as new… – Received this phone today, one day earlier than expected. After a thorough inspection I’ve determined that the only way to tell that this phone is refurbished is that the ATT symbol and the small writing on the back has been scuffed from being laid on a table/surface. None of the writing matters though; all of the pertinent information is under the back cover. Did the usual; inserted SIM and Micro-USB and fired it up. Everything as it should be. I would highly recommend.

This was a refurbished purchase – It’s refurbished. The rear lense is all scratched, no good for taking pics.

    11. N. Z (verified owner)

Not Happy – Received the phone very quickly. The included “charger” was a short cable that neither end fit the phone nor a charger box. I bought a charger and charged the phone. I then took it to AT&T to have it set up on my account. It would not acknowledge my Sims Card nor a new one, so the clerk took his working Sims Card out of his phone and it didn’t work either. I returned the phone but have not yet received a refund. Just a lot of unnecessary hassle. headache and delay for me to get a replacement phone that I still don’t have.
