Didn’t work on Sprint/Boost Mobile network – The phone was great BUT it didn’t work with boost mobile like it said it would. Even with it being CDMA, boost mobile couldn’t get it on their network

No good – It really is not what I expected, I have been asking for things from Amazon for years and the first time, it sends me a product that does not make me happy. The phone has received it with scratches on the screen.

2d phone – ok this is 2nd time with this phone being first was missing sim tray. but can give 5 stars. got it unlocked for family mobile aka tmobile. and can say simple as drop in sim card no issues 15 seconds it was working. the phone is in perfect shape no scratches or blemishes i was kinda thinking would being renewed but perfect lil phone !

Very nice phone – This phone is very nice and has the basic features that everyone who depends on a smart phone for business use needs. I had to get use to swiping the screen away which is different from my LGK50 and previously LGK20, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Good looking phone, nice screen size, and the display and camera are crisp. I highly recommend for those not wanting to spend too much on a smart phone.

Xfinity ??? – I received an Xfinity mobile device. It does work with my T-Mobile SIM card. But I read T-Mobile locked so I ordered this. WiFi calling doesn’t work for me. 4G switches off when on WiFi sending callers directly to voicemail. Can’t remove Xfinity bloat ware or contacts. Luckily my old phone still works if I ever need T-Mobile info or need to use WiFi calling. Frustrating.

Great phone! – I purchased this phone as an upgrade to my K30 since I was unable to visit a store because of covid-19 Works perfectly. Looks brand new. Easy to setup and was able to transfer my T-Mobile number with a quick call to customer service.

(BEWARE) No Amazon 90 day guarantee as stated. Deal with this third party your told. – Had phone for less than 2 months the screen stopped working. No drops, no scratches, mo moisture damage. Paid priority mail and sent it back to company that closed on weekends then closed for 2 days for Holliday that I can’t find on internet so couldnt be delivered until 4 attempts were made, then they said it had to be inspected before refund or exchange, not that they offered to send a new one but that’s what I wanted. Still fighting for exchange or refund after 2 weeks of demands from 3rd party seller. Thought it was amazon guaranteed if you were unhappy with item purchased but apparently you are left to deal with a third party. Not at all happy with this experience. Wife loved phone up until the screen stopped then went black. Factory resetting did not even fix the issue. After factory resetting the screen went black and you couldn’t tell if it was on or off. Amazon does not back there 90 day guarantee apparently. First time I have ever been so rudely treated by Amazon’s customer service, they first told me the company had 48 hours to make it right after first return delivery attempt but every 48 hours they give the 3rd party seller another 48 hours as long as seller sends a BS message to you (sorry closed for 2 imaginary hollidays) ( phone needs to be inspected first) what happened to if you are unhappy with item for any reason ? The item purchased stopped working in less than 90 days. Good luck if you purchase anything refurbished from Amazon or one of their 3rd party partners. Do not recommend this seller at all. Beware (Update) finally received replacement and the replacement seems to be working perfect first day. Beautiful like new condition.
