Stay away from this model – Horrible phone! I love LG so we thought this sounded good, but it freezes up all the time, takes forever to load pages and send messages and is always saying no internet connection when my mobile service should be connected. It does screwy things and I or my son have to go in and reset settings that seem to get undone. The slow loading and freezing up is just a real pain. I thought I wouldn’t have that problem with 64 gb, but it is worse that my 16 gb phone.

Great phone on Tracfone forget Verizon prepaid – I used this first on Verizon prepaid. Only issue was not being given access to voice mail. Verizon tried super hard to say this phone wasn’t compatible with their voice mail and just because you can make and receive calls doesn’t mean you get access to our voice mail. Their answer just use a third party app called my mail which didn’t work either. They didn’t know what to do. After a month of frustration I dropped Verizon fast and went with Tracfone. Best decision ever wish I had gone with them from the start. Amazing customer service and everything works right from the start including voice mail.

I expected more – The phone takes too long to start and the battery definitely doesn’t last long enough for a brand new phone. It seems like it’s working fine but I couldn’t get my SIM card to work (I use at&t but although it works in the US I bought it in Mexico). I wonder whether it will work back in Brazil. So far I use it for wifi. It doesn’t have screen mirroring either and I think I could find a better phone for the same price (like Samsung).

It serves as a money saver. – I love the color and the fuctality of this phone. The face recognition is great, finger print reader is cool and The batty life off the charts.

Great phone – I can’t use any other recognition because I’m disabled and use my head pointer to type. I like the phone because it has a flat screen verse the Samsung Galaxy S9 in which is curved on the sides of the phone in my case is hard to manage.

Nice phone – Replaced a LG Q6 with this for bigger screen mainly. Apart from some relatively minor annoyances like the hit or miss way a swipe gets it back to the main screen, it’s been fine. Does wifi calling on T-mobile, does bluetooth with the car, does driving maps etc. Arrived from LG and is made for US..

Phone was actually unlocked – As of now (03/23/2021) the phone works really well. After I received the item, I put the place sim card in the sim card compartment and then filled out the correct access point for H20 wireless. The calls, messages and everything else is working the way it should. I will update this review if anything changes about the performance of the phone.
