Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Excellent value – It’s a solid choice. I’m sure it’s probably not the fanciest phone, but it’s super affordable and durable. Seriously, Moto phones are so crazy tough that they’re actually better than Kyocera without actually trying. I bought two Kyoceras due to the built-in case design and durability. Strikes me as stupid to buy a fragile elegant sleek phone and then put in a huge clumsy brick. The first Kyocera was very good, probably not that impressive on the technology side, but well made with rubber padding. The second one was a completely cheaper piece of junk. Where the first was unbreakable the second screen cracked in a month. The only reason I stopped using the first one was because it’s Bluetooth didn’t work with the Fitbit that I bought.

Slow but not bad for the price – Would not buy this again. But worth it as a burner phone.

So far, so good….. – I have had a handful of Motorola Smartphones for over the past 7 years or so and this Moto G Power 2021 is my latest one. For work, I use a Motorola G Power 2022 version & it works good, no complaints on that 2022 version of this phone. But, this review from me is on the 2021 version I recently got. Size is a tiny bit smaller, 2 megapixel less for main camera compared to last year’s 2021 version of this phone. Long battery life on both phones. Overall, this phone works “OK”…..a bit sluggish compared to last year’s version and camera quality is similar…..just fine. Video qualities are good on this phone too. Uses the now usual micro-Sim card. My phone has 64 gb RAM memory….should be faster, but it’s got a knack of going sluggish once in awhile. For phone calls, texting and messaging….this phone works just fine. No dropped calls so far on this phone. This phone has an oddity, not sure how to explain, but it seems when I am on an app and I close it, a second icon for that app shows up on my main screen…..a pain in the bootie and never had any smartphone Motorola or otherwise do that til now. Overall, a decent basic phone, you can do light tame gaming on this phone, but not much else. I watch movies on it just fine as its screen is nearly 6.5 inches in size….decent sized. 4 stars

Perfect simple phone – I got this as an emergency phone because my phone broke, and I’m so happy to say this is no longery emergency phone. It does everything I need. It downloads apps without fail, the camera isn’t amazing but it let’s you capture the memories, and it is so lightweight and it is very easy to use. It came in great condition with a charger in the box and the battery lasts a very long time!! I definitely recommend and I am very satisfied.

when the phone is sent it should have 3 button navigation set – I wrote an earlier review that wasn’t fair, I solved some problems since then, and I am redoing the review. When I received the phone it didn’t have 3 button navigation set and it was driving me crazy. That should be the default setting when they ship the phone, I figured it had to be a setting, but I couldn’t find it. It took me awhile to find a phone number to contact them. They should put documentation in the box, with the phone number when it is shipped. Anyway on to other things. I tried a comparable TCL at the same time, and TCL did a phenomenal job copying over everything from my old phone. They copied over basically everything, text history, phone log, and pictures on my memory card. Since I saw how well TCL did, I am disappointed Motorola only did what was on Google. The TCL phone was $15 cheaper than the Motorola, and I would have probably kept the TCL, but I found out the camera was not good. I happened to take photos of the same thing on both phones, and the Motorola blew the TCL away. The clarity and the color was way off on the TCL, and not on the Motorola. I didn’t try music on the TCL, but the motorola sound is a lot better than the LG phone I had before. All in all I think the phone is a good value.

Poor Man’s Jennifer Aniston – Great phone for the cost. It’s kind of like dating a look alike Jennifer Aniston without the great hair. Has some of the features, but lacks in other areas. If you’re broke or have limited income, she’ll get you through the tough times without making you look like a Trac Phone homie. Enjoy!

LOVE Motorola! – The Motorola Power G was a snap to set up and every contact, app, and file moved seamlessly from the old Motorola phone to the new one.

Affordable quality – I purchased two of these phones,. One for my niece. & one for her mom, my sister. My niece goes digital art & simple video edits, and texts and group chats A LOT. My sister plays COD on her phone and makes shameless use of filters. She’s a big texter/caller too. She loves DLC. The camera is excellent! The phone has good sound quality for talking. You’re not going to light up the party with it but it’s good for close by music lists or tiktok scrolling.
