Satisfactory – I was only looking for a phone to make it through the next year of my contract after I broke my Galaxy S3. I ordered this phone new and it certainly did not come new. When I turned on the phone it did not automatically bring me to the easy set up. Furthermore, there was already a video loaded onto the phone. I did a factory restore and after that it was easy to set up.

I picked this model because it was one over the best phones ever made when it was new – I bought this in 2014 to use as a cheap offline music player for my car. I filled it with close to 40 gigs of music. I picked this model because it was one over the best phones ever made when it was new, it was ranked very high on a list of the best cell phones of all time, and it was a hell of a lot less than an ipod, and has a much larger storage capacity. Also apple can suck it!

Disappointed – Was disappointed when my phone arrived and began using it… The side buttons were very flimsy .. Within minutes of setting it up the phone began to overheat and I noticed it didn’t function correctly.. I’d close an app and go to a completely different app and then I’d hear the app I had closed playing in the background as if it were still opened… Froze a lot … Had to reset it … So I immidiately contacted seller who asked if Id be returning or exchanging.. Once I told them I’d be returning … Everything was slowed from there.. I REMINDED the seller of my refund per the seller’s request … “In case I forget”… … I decided to go with this seller because of the stars it had but my experience was not a five star … It was disappointing to have to buy and pay for shipping for an item that didn’t work and then have to pay to return an item that wasn’t your fault you decided not to keep. I did receive the price of the phone credited back to my account … That’s why I’m giving them the 2stars … Sorry … Don’t mean to sound rude .

Super great upgrade for her needs. – In several key ways, this phone is a very good improvement from my wife’s old slider touch screen type phone. While she liked the slider part, the display part was not as good as it could have been, having been so old (size of screen was smaller and the clarity of the screen was not as good).

Third time’s the charm! – Not all Droid Razr Maxx phones are created equal. My first one lasted 2 years, almost to the day! It bricked and I lost everything that was not backed up. Insurance sent me a second one and it would lag and sometimes go so slow that I had to restart it. After about a year, I was restarting almost every day. That phone also wouldn’t synch with my work email calendar so it was a HUGE hassle. This new phone, however works great!! It synchs with everything (didn’t realize how much I missed that!) and it never lags like the old phone. Occasionally, I have to restart to get my internet restarted, but this phone works great. It was shipped promptly and had no signs of wear. I know it’s a refurb phone (motorolla doesn’t make them anymore) but this one looked brand new. I definitely recommend this seller!!
