Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?

    • Shipping :

Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)

    • Proof of purchase :

Does the shop give you an invoice ?

    • After-sales service :

Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

      – Good phone, lovely screen. No lags or glitches discovered so far. It should be said I don’t do anything complicated with phones and that includes not intending taking pix of supreme quality: I have a camera. The dizzying height of my activity is probably a Youtube vid. Good make, should last, unlike my last effort. Only just finally got it. I shall comment more when I’ve had it longer.. At the mo I’m tittering over a just slightly sanctimonious email I’ve just received from Amazon: ‘Orders recently placed on Amazon.co.uk could have benefited by having delivery instructions.’ No, it couldn’t. 1. I had to sign for it. 2. Umm, it wasn’t quite like that, guys: my doorbell is broken and rings when it feels like it, which is clearly not often. Yes, I am now getting it fixed! I meticulously twice rescheduled the delivery from Royal Mail and twice missed it as I missed the delivery of something else this morning. It absolutely did not occur to me that would pitch up with the postman not with the nice guy from Amazon. On an allied subject, the first attempted delivery of the phone was on 24th. I’d deliberately timed the order so, according to this site, it would arrive on Friday 27th. Maybe it’s just in my area but Amazon seem to be using the Royal Mail a lot more than they did for Prime. I have found them very efficient, but there is of course one enormous problem: no guarantee of delivery date. It plays havoc with the ideas of Prime and ‘Amazon day’.
