If this is for your wife, look elsewhere. – If you buy a product for all its features, and like finding out some of the most crucial ones don’t work ‘yet’, then this is the phone for you!

A great phone IMO – I’ve had the Nokia 6.1 for about a month now and so far it’s been a fantastic phone. It’s already received a number of updates due to it’s inclusion in the Android One program, and the two biggest complaints I’ve read about, the camera and the battery life, have been non issues for me so far. My previous phone was the Moto G4 Play which had fantastic battery life, and I was not expecting the Nokia to to compare in this department since it’s a more powerful phone with a better screen, but was surprised to find it on mostly on par. The phone looks attractive and minimalist although it is very slippery, so make sure you get a case. It has a headphone jack and expandable SD card storage which is something that can’t be found on some of the similar era Pixel devices which for me was what sealed the deal. For around $200 it really does seem like a steal.

Low-Mid tier cellphone. Mostly functions, but frustrating – PROS:

Super Awesome Nokia 6.1!!! – I bought this phone for my mother for Christmas. Her Moto E4 has been acting up and the keyboard was acting up and kept showing a notification that says “G board”. This Nokia 6.1 its great. It’s like butter no lag, 32GB of space is more than necessary for her use and it has 3GB of RAM which it’s good enough since Android Apps seem to demand more memory each year. It has a 16 Mpx camera in the back and a 8 Mpx on the front. This phone works like a charm. It is build of Precision Machined Aluminium, the screen it’s 5.5 “ but the bezels are small so there’s more screen to body ratio than some of the other Nokia Android phones. It even has Dual Sight Mode for picture taking and video and it comes with Android One which means more Security Updates than Motorola and other Phone brands. It is covered for 3 years as updates go. The body it’s black but it has really cool bronze color corners that go along every corner, camera, etc. which makes it look premium. My mother is very pleased with her new phone. I introduced her to Nokia a few years back and she’s happy to have a Nokia in her hands once again. Perhaps I’m more happy than her being a Nokia fanatic for years.
