Good phone but battery sucks – I gave the phone to my girlfriend and she hates that it takes forever to charge and runs down too quickly.

Had to return. It wasn’t compatible with AT&T – I liked that it’s a Nokia. Just didn’t work with my phone plan

Needs Factory Reset Every Time It Updates!!! – Very dissatisfied with this phone. I’ve had dozens of phones and never had this problem with any of them. Every update, usually once per week, it has to be factory reset in order to make or receive calls! That’s a pain, but now, even after the factory reset, I can’t get it to make or receive anything but emergency calls (911). Yes, it’s a cheap phone but, since I only use my phone for making/receiving calls, it should be enough. When it doesn’t make or receive calls, it’s useless! I’ve had it too long to return it, so now it’s just trash and I will have to purchase another phone.
