If you see an app called retail mode, put phone back in box and ship immediately – Unless you’re comfortable reprogramming a phone, there is no fix for a phone that has the retail mode app on it. While it is on you cannot use the fingerprint reader or change any security settings you cannot access text messages you cannot access Google services. Even if you defeat the most obnoxious parts of it, it will still eat your battery up. Turn off your Wi-Fi and turn your mobile data on even while you’re sleeping and generally mess up your life. It turns the phone into a heartbreak device because it seems to be a very nice phone that you just can’t use.

Calls are transferred to voicemail – Me llego mi pedido muy fuera de lo prometido, mal empaque, cargador generico que no correspondia al equipo y por ultimo la bateria del celular se estaba descargando muy rapido. con esto no quiero decir que la marca o moedelo de celualr sea malo solo que el que me llego no cumplio para nada con mis espectativas. seria porque era reconstruido.
