This phone is not drop resistance!!! – Within 4 months of purchase while getting my keys out my purse the phone fell and bussed the screen!!! I contacted Amazon for replacement because the phone didn’t support what it featured. Amazon said the return time was passed. I was referred to the main Oukitel store. In order for Oukitel to replace the phone I have to send my phone to Oukitel without a replacement phone to use. What would I do between time? I am very busy and not having a phone altogether is unacceptable. I’m not satisfied with this phone or Oukitel company!

The first WP8 Pro was a brick right out of the box – At first glance, out of the box this was a very nice looking phone. One I would have been proud to carry around. It was very heavy and nearly dropped several times due to the weight. With the first phone, it restarted several times during set up. After set up was complete, the phone would restart after simply swiping the lock screen. To be more specific, when the phone was locked 15 minutes or longer it would restart when unlocked. The Amazon return team did a great job setting up the return and with sending a replacement.
