      Very resilient. – I dislike the fact that I can’t upgrade the phone to 4g compatibility. Really wish it could do so.

      Nice durable phone. – Bought it for my husband. He really likes it, as he is hard on phones, but the heavy duty “case like” build quality has held up great so far! He likes the picture quality of the camera also! Very satisfied!

The part that really irks me is this was bought to watch TV shows and the video is really jerky on all the apps. Now as far as being a phone I would say that it isn’t great I put a Verizon sim card in and it wouldn’t register so it is basically a bad video player for my son. If you need this for making basic phone calls and text just make sure that it is in fact compatible with your carrier and that you really don’t need an emphasis on video playback but it should be good for more rough jobs
