Will not work on AT&T network – Phone claims to be 4gLTE . Had to go into AT&T store to properly transfer. However, they could not get text messaging working and instead of a 4g display in the connection it displays 3g. They warn me that this likely means even voice will soon stop working so I am returning this device.

Not compatible with at&t sim card – At&t updated make it incompatible with a at&t sim card so the phone was useless to me

They missed the mark on this one – I had wanted a Plum when I bought my last phone, which was a replacement for a non-4G phone, because I liked the looks of it, but the models I kept seeing said for overseas use only. Then they came out with this newer one, and I jumped on it. Advertised that you could just put the SIMS card from your old phone in it, and it would fire right up.

Verbose Review: Nice Rugged Flip Phone; issues in Mint Mobile but ok on T-Mobile prepaid – A bit of background….verbose but ultimately helpful:

Super basic phone and glitchy – Well, it was easy as far as putting the SIM card in (T Mobile micro sim) and turning it on, 4G LTE was instantly there with voLTE. Really nice call and sound quality. BUT, after receiving a couple texts, it stopped receiving texts and wouldn’t even open the messages folder. Also, even though I could Bluetooth connect it to an Alcatel Go Flip and it received the contacts folder, it wouldn’t open them. Just said unsupported format or something like that. It’s definitely a downgrade from the Go Flip. The flashlight was nice and the grip of the phone. So it has the possibilities of a good phone, but it’s like an outdated flip phone, not what you’d expect in 2022. I returned it. It’s way overpriced for such a simple phone.
