Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

So VERY slow – My 14 year old has had terrible luck with phones. This one looked great, I was hopeful, but to my dismay, it is snail pace slow for EVERYTHING. I traded him thinking I only need to text and check my email, browse, you know basic stuff and he’s a gamer, so I didn’t think it would be a terrible trade. The phone itself is nice, thin, nice screen, lightweight, but it is SO SLOW

You can live your life with a 20 dollar smart phone – I have been using this phone for a few months now. Dropped it multiple times, no problem. It actually runs lightning quick in battery saving mode. I will never pay more than 20 dollars for a phone ever again.

good phone – works great

Great value phone – Works great and the buttons glides like butter. It’s a 5.5 inch screen and blue in color. Great for and price!

Not recommended – This is a backup cellphone in case my regular phone gets lost. It is horribly slow, stuck on Android 8.1 forever, came out in 2018 and runs Android Go which is a “lightweight” Android for low performance devices like this one. Even an ordinary charging cable doesn’t quite fit the way it should…the included cable works best. It’s only saving graces are an audio jack, a slot for a memory card (up to 128 GB) and an under $100 price tag. Since it comes as a prepaid AT&T phone it comes with a SIM chip you can activate if that’s what you want. I don’t know if it will work with carriers other than AT&T or any MVNO that supports AT&T. I think you can do better but for me this will just barely serve as a backup device. Calls and texts seem to be what this phone does best.

Decent phone for the price – Does the job. Battery life is pretty great, but my son that I bought it for doesn’t really play games or anything on it.

Great price but ATT better – So far great phone, though it does freeze a little. Nice large screen, I did buy phone case and screen protector after reading some reviews. Also, better deal buying it directly from AT&T only 99¢
