doubt it was tested before shipped – Interestingly enough, it was “tested ” before shipped. Who can account for a phone that can maintain 80% or better life? Did they charge it and then wait to test it out? How can you test if the software is functional? Did they load it with a Samsung account in order to execute this falsely stated description? It is NOT a cheap phone. $849 at time of purchase. Now I have to front another $849 to get another one, program it, wipe this one and then wait for my money to be returned. Just absolutely and completely false advertising.
