iPhone user: I spent $2000 with someone other than apple and I don’t regret it – Where do I start? I’ve owned iPhones since the original came out more than a decade ago. I’m also a developer and I loathed most of their developer policies, so I consider myself someone who appreciates good design and usability as opposed to your run of the mill fan boy. This whole review is from the perspective of someone making a switch.

A bit pricy, but I love it! – Great phone. It is heavy and bulky, BUT to have a mini tablet when I open the phone is perfect for my work. Excellent camera.

Very fragile phone. Only buy it if you don’t plan to use it. – Sent in phone after one month because a black line appeared across the lower part of screen. Samsung said I damaged it. Charge me $149.00 to repair. Three months later screen started to crack in the folded portion of the screen and now a white line has appeared on the bottom half of the screen. Checked on warranty repair and they estimate almost $600.00 to repair. Waste of money.

I want a refund for the 2 activation for 2 defective phones. Dont buy – I love the phone but they sent me 2 detective phones and activated 2 activation fee is $24… these phones do not work I think I should be refunded my $24 that I had to pay to activate these twice. I am sending both back and getting a refund don’t buy

Good deal for the price – In looking for a new smartphone I saw ads for the Samsung Zfold. I thought it was a brand new product; didn’t realize the ads were introducing the 3rd gen. But I wanted a phone that was easier for me to use when texting and I chose this phone because the keyboard is bigger when the phone is full-on opened up. I haven’t quite figured out how to answer the phone after standby mode; I keep missing the caller and have to call them back (if they’re worth calling back), and turning the phone off is a hassle. Otherwise, I really like the phone. Newer Zfolds are upward to 2000 dollars so I settled for the 2nd gen. It didn’t come with a SIM card, but my carrier was able to send me one for little cost. All-in-all I like this phone a lot.

Definitely worth the price – Talk about the ultimate device for portability. Use it as a regular phone, open it up and it’s a tablet, computer, Xbox and everything folds up nice and neat and can fit in your pockets.
