The product was a sold stolen phone that could not be activated. – Also phone came with scratchs on the display. I am sure i got a bad phone but the return process took ages.

All of the refurbished phones were purchased through Amazon. All have been in very good condition and have worked well. Very pleased with the S21+. Have saved over $1200 purchasing refurbished vs purchasing new.

Like new Unit randomly crashed – Unit was like new physically but randomly crashed even after factory reset so was returned. Seller accepted the return so I am giving better than just 1 star

Love it – I never spend a lot on phones. Ths is the first. But when my girlfriend and I were at Disney I compared both my moto and her galaxy with picture quality and wow. What a difference. I was worried about not having a sim card but ya I’m used to 32g on phone and filling fast. I’m not even close to overload on this being 128g. I don’t plan on replacing anytime soon unless I win lotto and go to the ultra. Very happy
