A11 is A1! – This phone functions as it should but the inclusion of a FM tuner would have been appreciated. The processor isn’t the high speed 800 or above or 600 mediatek card but it still runs apps smooth no hiccups or sudden crashes.

Samsung delivers great value on this one. – Let’s start with the “face recognition” is fine, except it doesn’t work in low light, if you wear a different hair style, wear glasses or not. It’s very precise. Ladies whose looks change more often than men, might not want to use this.

screen has become unstuck – works well for the price, does anyone know how to stick back the top of the screen that is physically raising up ? The phone has been in a case since it was bought and within 7 months this started happening, yes it refurbished so this is just for a quick solution

It came scratched – Assuming I clicked the cheaper version, but still assumed refurbished meant a new screen or atleast not one this scratched. I put a glass screen protector on it and you can see where there’s even more scratches on the screen. I could’ve gotten one cheaper on marketplace if I wanted one this scratched. Unsure if we will be returning or not.

As Advertised – Sort-of – I remember Samsung being a quality device. My Poco, the last phone, was better. I am likely selling this one and buying a Poco again. PROBLEM: Voice commands SUCK on this one. Need to standing on top of it (no really) but less than arm’s distance. Be sure there is no background noise, like a fan or normal, windows rolled up traffic/road noise, NO WORKIE! BUT, infinitely better than any iCrap. [aPple] My friend was so proud of his brand new one. My Poco made it look like a $2K door strop. iCrap is STILL iCrap. Old Stole Tech, at NEW HIGHER PRICES!

Cheap. Good – Got it for my elderly mom. She doesn’t need fast processor or bells and whistles. It works great. Using it with a Verizon prepaid provider in USA. Works fine.
