Great Device so Far!!!!@ – The A51 came in a plain brown box with the original Samsung charger. The Device has a few small scratches on the bottom back. There is also a small, small scratch on the outside area of the camera, but apart from that its beautiful!!!! The Battery life is great and it downloaded Android 12 right away. I will also get Android 13!!! This is the 4G only Device for $184.00. I got an Otter box case and a screen protector and away I went. I love this device!!! Well worth the Investment….I will order from Amazon Again!!! Thank You…Leon Green Jr

Good Value – We had an A51 Samsung get caught in a car door and wanted to replace it with in identical item. Guys like Best Buy wanted over $300 for a refurbished phone. Kind of nuts. This phone came in excellent condition for about $100 less with a full set of accessories and the full load of Verizon crapware (after all, it is programmed for Verizon’s network). Put in the SIM, let it grind for a while, reject all of the unwanted spyware from Google, and Presto! Fully operational A51 on the Verizon network Couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent phone, bought refurbished – I hate hate HATE buying new phones at full price. Plus I hate changing phone models. I’d been buying Samsung Galaxy 6 for six years and just kept buying refurbished ones because I didn’t want to change my phone interface even a little (all hail Gen X). Finally I threw in the towel and got this model, refurbished of course, because there were so many apps that wouldn’t work on the 6. Honestly I wouldn’t know this was refurbished if you didn’t tell me. And having bought at least seven refurbished phones (me and my kid) I can tell. The battery on this phone charges fast and lasts a long time. The screen is pristine, and the buttons on the side work as if it just came from the factory. The new Samsung interface wasn’t different enough from the Galaxy 6 to bother even grouchy old me. I did back it up and restore it via my Google account so that probably helped. It has 128MB of memory so I can take all the photos and videos I want and not worry about putting a memory card in.

Poor battery life. Amazon guarantee is a joke – So we had an issue with the battery not lasting a full day on our Samsung A51 from seller thegadgetdeals. I inform Amazon I want a replacement and they first tell me I only had 30 days to return (it was a christmas gift and christmas was delayed here bc of corona). I had to correct him bc the phone was backed by the Amazon 90 guarantee on refurbished phones. Then they told me I had to go through Samsung, to which I said, I didn’t buy it from Samsung, I bought it from Amazon and they roceeded to tell me to hold while they arbitrarily transfered me to Samsung. I speak with them and they tell me I have to deal it Amazon. Duh…then I call Amazon back and they say they can’t replace it even though there is still oe available in the listing. They say they cant use that one bc it isnt from the original vendor and the original vendor doesn’t have any available on Amazon. I tell them if you can’t replace it, you shouldn’t guarantee it. It took me hours to go through this nonsense and I finally told them I want a refund along with all the accessories, and they tried so hard to fight me over that too. I finally got them to agree. Please be careful with this so called Amazon guarantee. It’s ridiculous what they put me through.

I picked this phone over the A21…… horrible choice!! – I live the storage and camera on this device but overall this device stalls out, runs extremely slow, and has a horrible antenna cause I have Verizon but yet half the time no notifications or calls when of course receiving then the delay is over 24 hours on most notifications. Wish I could just refund and go back to an A21
