      This Refurb is awesome – Love this phone and refurbished price is spot on. Screen on this model is superior to subsequent Samsung budget phones. The only thing a bit weak is the in screen finger print reader can be a bit hit or miss. Love that this phone has earphone Jack and storage expansion with micro SD. Also got the Android 12 update.

      ¡Great phone! – The phone arrived unlocked and in like new condition. It came with Android 10 and, once we turn it on and connected it to internet via wifi and look for an software upgrade on settings, it upgraded to Android 11 and once finished again asked for another update to Android 12!

      UPDATE: AT&T still lists this model (IMPORTANT: A716U1, not A716U which may not work) – I just bought this unlocked Samsung A716U1 5G phone on March 3. It’s now July 11, 2022, and the phone stopped calling & receiving calls. I can text & use Internet only. My carrier says that AT&T lists this model as “may or may not” work.

      Great phone, okayest battery – I loved the A51, figured an upgrade to the A71-5G would be a no- brainer. I am disappointed in the battery. If used for a few games or videos, phone needs to be charged partway through the day.
