      Not worth the price – Phone can update to modern versions. My Instagram and apps continously freeze.

      Not satisfied with the battery – I really enjoy this phone in general but the battery kinda sucks. I actually need something that will last longer

      Works great – came in as new condition – This was certified refurbished by Samsung. The phone looked like new. I could not see any evidence of wear and tear whatsoever. I have read some reviews of other refurbished products from third party vendors that came with scratched and gouges. Not this one. I read that the camera was not so good like in the latest iterations or the Note 20 plus. But honestly the picture quality is amazing. My last phone was a real cheap and crappy one so my bar was kind of low. But I like the great video quality when the lighting is good. Also the wide angle lens gives you great interior shots. The phone itself operates fast and nimble. I cant notice any lag time on anything. Navigation and GPS is really quick and exact. You can see the dot move smoothly when using a hiking app. I had put a glass protector screen on which rendered the fingerprint sensor useless. But that seems due to the crappy screen protector.

Unfortunately, the pen on this phone does not work. I am very disappointed, and unlikely to ever make a purchase of this kind from the vendor again.
