Buttons on opposite side – I thought I would get used to the buttons on the opposite side than I was used to… but after using the phone for a month or so I’m still not used to it. It does have nice features and man does it take some awesome pictures but I just can’t seem to get past the buttons! Seems silly but really when I go to reach in my pocket to quickly turn off the ringer when I’m in a work meeting those extra 2 seconds to realize that they’re on the other side really makes me turn red with embarrassment. Must remember to turn off volume prior to meeting….

He’s always loved the Note phones and he’s really happy with the Note 20. The camera is great and the images on the screen are clear. He loves it! I’m thinking of getting it for myself.

A good replacement for my Note 3 – Very happy with this phone overall. great battery life and the 5G works way better in rural America compared to my old phone. The only downside I can see is simple everyday functions like turning on and off take more clicking than needed. Shut the phone off, click. ‘Really want to shut the phone off?’ Click. ‘Enter the password to turn off”. That kind of stuff for many tasks.

If you pay $1000 for a phone…. – You would expect it to come with the expandable SD card holder and not JUST the sim card holder. I have to go pay another $10 for an insert. Gotta store those photos somewhere. Stop forcing me to try to use One Drive, please. Mine is already full….. Come on Samsung. You can do better. Otherwise it’s just like my S8 note only a little bigger. There is no phone jack so I’ll need an adapter for that. Another $5. I listen to white noise at sleep time for my tinnitus and bluetooth won’t last the night. The Samsung Free on this phone doesn’t have the podcast option so there’s no reason for me to use it. I use other apps for news. Overall a good phone, but some little annoying things you would expect to get with a high end purchase. The processing so far is good. The camera doesn’t like to focus quickly and stay on focus, but that could be in the settings. The quality of the in focus photos is very nice.
