– Well what can I say had this nearly a month now and I love it the customer support has been outstanding and small issues resolved in no time at all. This phone has many features of the latest smartphones on the market today but please bare in mind is a little slower but still faster then my old phone. Very good value for money face ID can be temperamental in low light but fine other then that the finger print sensor is fantastic but found that screen proctors have been unsuccessful so far, as they come with an extra bit of film on where the scanner is for some reason and once applied it just hasn’t worked for me so would bare this in mind if you like a tempered glass protective cover, so i’m been very carfull with it until a full case protector arrives that has a cutout there instead. Other then that one slight issue which isn’t the phone’s fault this is a fantastic phone and looks and performed like brand new. 🙂

– Not a cheap purchase for me, however I strongly recommend the genuineness of this seller, the S10 5G 256gb that I ordered is excellent, no marks at all for a refurbished phone, the packaging is not like you would get from a Samsung purchase as new, but every effort is made to pass the item over safely.

– This phone does everything any other smart phone can. It has 5G which is very quick and useful when your in a area that supports its. Why pay 3 tines as much for the latest model when you can buy a renewed one of these. It came promptly and looks like new. Battery life could be better but otherwise a good buy.

– The first phone that was sent to us was crushing and the fingerprint wasn’t working at all. Upon contacting the seller they sent another phone (different colour) to replace it. This phone has obvious scratches on it and a forgotten sticker where it is stated that it is grade B! It’s been over a month now, and as you can imagine having to stay without a phone or simply arrange all the sending back and forth hasn’t been exactly convenient. Bottom line, this phone won’t be as new (unless you are very lucky). Who knows how long it will last for.
