Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Useless and a constant pain in my life. – I like when it works. However, it constantly stops working: I constantly have to click on it for getting it to recognize what I added to get it to work.

Version Phone Not Att – Update, this never was able to work with Net 10 as all my other phones. I was able to use it with Version Pre-Pay Plan, I believe it was locked Not unlocked as advertised. Also notice that they changed the heading to Version as it was originally listed as AT&T. I would not recommend this Purchas.

Works. And a decent refurbished phone – Battery was not replaced so it’s a little less than new. But it all works. And a good price for refurbished

Had a little trouble getting Data but ALL IS GOOD NOW (see FIX below) Very Happy with this phone – I bought a used one of these S10e phones and got one in excellent shape. The listing said unlocked Verizon and that’s what I got. I had sent back a previous S10e (from a different listing) because, although I was able to make and receive calls and use WIFI, I had trouble getting a 4G/LTE or any other data connection. After going back and forth with my carriers customer service agent, I was advised that the phone was incompatible. I am using Total Wireless, which uses the Verizon network. It was an AT&T phone so the incompatibility verdict seemed reasonable. (strange the phone part worked if it was incompatible though)

Perfect Phone – I decided it was finally time to switch to Android. First I tried a Motorola, but the phone was too big and uncomfortable in the hand. This phone is the perfect size, and bonus points for being a flagship model. Also, I enjoy the Samsung features on the phone. For $200, I don’t think I could have gotten anything more perfect. In fact, at that price it’s a steal. Very satisfied customer.

It’s a Galaxy – Bought my husband and me this phone during the holidays. I purchased our phones from two separate vendors. Only his phone came from this vendor. It’s done well so far, no complaints. I wonder why Amazon doesn’t offer cellphone service warranties like Ebay. Or, maybe I missed the offer. Anyway, the phone is nice and works well for his purposes.

Great service, quick shipping – Good price for a new phone in sealed package. I had a question that was answered quickly. Shipped right away and arrived before estimated delivery date.

This phone is a piece of crap – I am used to a different interface (Motorola), but I had to go to another phone. I chose this one because it was small, was supposed to have good features, reasonable battery life, SD card for increased storage. I ordered, and it arrived just fine. Trying to get it to sync with the old phone was only partially successful since the old phone was dying at the time, and the transfer only partially worked. But once I started to use the phone, then the issues started. I assumed that it needed to be upgraded to its present firmware, so it made many software updated (didn’t ask, just did them). But quite often ever since it will just turn off. I assumed that this was due to updates, but now I doubt that was the case. Many other things that were just strange. Like I could call phone numbers just fine, but one specific number I would get no audio from (they could hear me, but I could not hear them). Then after a couple weeks, it magically stopped. I have had others that I could hear them, but they couldn’t hear me. Just today I was on a call, and in the middle of the call, the audio on the receiver’s end just stopped. The reception is much poorer than my previous phone. I stream music while bike riding, and many places that I previously got reception, just drop out now. There are places in my home where I can generally NOT make calls from because I think it does not have enough signal (never had been a problem before, and no problem for my wife’s cell phone). I would have sent it back in, but within a couple days of getting it (before I could get a case), it was dropped and broke the glass on the back of the phone. I like that it is small, but having glass on both sides makes it very slick and easily dropped. The fingerprint scanner / on off button is on the opposite side from the volume buttons, and when you try to hold the phone to push either button, you often hit both sides and the Bixby screen unwantedly comes up. I have also had Bixby just start talking when the phone is not in use. I can’t believe that Samsung would make a product this crappy, so maybe it’s just this particular phone. But that doesn’t help me, so I figure it is extremely unlikely that I will ever buy another Samsung phone, and since I don’t do Apple, then my phone choices are more limited, but it is what it is. Many time I have been ready to smash the phone, but not having a replacement yet is the only thing that holds me back. Can you tell that I am VERY UNHAPPY? BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IN A LONG TIME
