– The condition was ‘excellent’ as described. There were the tiniest signs of superficial damage in the right light, but nothing more than that.

– Upgraded from a S7 to S20 – and am enjoying it so far. Quite a few new changes to get used to, but I am getting there. The screen is definitely much more vivid. Not sure what I think of the zoom on the camera – not totally impressed. Still waiting for my case to arrive, and found the phone hard to hold to take group selfies without the phone slipping – but then discovered you can move the shutter button to anywhere on the screen and so that should make it easier. I tried to use an SD card like storage, as I would have before, but found that when I put it in, the phone automatically created default folders on it, as if it was internal storage, and it overwrote some folders with the same name (e.g. Books) and made it a blank folder. Wasn’t a big deal for me as the original files were on the computer, but watch out for that.

– Ordered this as a replacement for my Samsung S8. I am always a bit worried when ordering reconditioned phones but this arrived in perfect condition. It looks brand new! The battery life is great & the fingerprint reader works fine, even with a screen protector. I’ve only had it a week but I haven’t encountered any issues so far. The 12 month warranty offers peace of mind.

– 3rd party seller The I-Outlet. Absolutely first class, package on way within 1 hour of order. We bought 2 refurbished phones, both excellent as new. Not in original boxes, but in some nice small well packed boxes, and small cable and wall plug included.
