Terrible!! Phone not battery work! – This phone simply freezes on the first screen and the battery sent to us is dead, cannot be re-charged and even has the word “old” written in it with marker!! Really? I have asked for a full refund. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

works like you’d want it to – Purchased this unlocked AT&T phone, product arrived new in box, even had the AT&T logo on the box. Took it to a local AT&T store, installed a new SIM card, transferred contacts and bingo, works like you’d want it to. If I can do this so can you, so don’t hesitate to utilize this retailer or their products.

Works Great! – I would have to say I’m very pleased with this phone. After 2 years I finally broke my Samsung Galaxy S5 – it got dropped so many times, that the screen broke; got it replaced (cost me $200 at Wal-Mart), then about 6 months later it got dropped in water, then last week the microphone went dead. I pretty much beat the snot out of that poor phone!

Works Great! – I would have to say I’m very pleased with this phone. I Do Not Recommend This Seller – The device was not receiving calls and dropping calls at random when first acquired. I sent the device back to the seller for repair. The back cover has multiple cracks and/or broken edges from what could be dry rot. Device frequently give me the message to check the back cover to ensure it is securely fastened to device; I keep the device in an OtterBox case though. The battery life is very poor. I write this review after owning the device for approximately 18 months. This is the first poor review I have written where I would not recommend the seller.

especially that the phone wasn’t waterproof like the S5 – When my husband first S5 broke he had insurance on it through AT&T. Well long story short they sent him a S6 as a replacement and boy was he upset. especially that the phone wasn’t waterproof like the S5. The phone last long and did good for him in his line of work as a welder. The S5 was more durable than the S6 it broke after a few months, so instead of going through insurance again I came to my favorite site Amazon.

Doesn’t Work Right!!!! – Received phone as a Mother’s Day gift, however first of all, the product description stated: “Included: Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900A Battery Battery Cover AC Charger USB Data Cable Retail Box. Manual —Armor Hybrid Case with Kickstand for Samsung Galaxy S5 Brand NEW FREE Accessory Bonus Pack, including a dock and car charger”. It only included phone and charger, and not any of the other stuff, or in a Retail Box!! Phone only had minor cosmetic wear, just like picture showed, however when you talk on it, the person on the other end hears you as cutting in and out, or muffled, or as if you are talking in a tunnel. I am not satisfied at all with this seller, I have contacted seller to refund or replace, but haven’t heard anything yet. I will update this review when I do. I have bought several items off Amazon, as well as other phones and have never had a problem. I do expect the seller of this item to make it right, I just received item in mail today and I am already looking into having it refunded of replace, it’s not like I am dragging my feet on notifying them of the problem….let’s just hope they make it right!!
