Good product, possibly bad refurbish job – I purchased a refurbished product with a faulty touchscreen that eventually went totally unresponsive. I liked this device otherwise. Camera is amazing.

Phone was a dud but Amazon customer service was great. – I received the phone promptly and it appeared to be in good condition (at least cosmetically). While setting up the phone I noticed it was wonky my cell service would drop for several minutes, my Wi-Fi connection was intermittent, phone calls I made would drop after 2 minutes, and the phone made a “crackling/sizzling” noise when I switched between front to rear facing cameras. I attempted to fix myself and I worked with Amazon techs to no avail. Amazon quickly and painlessly provided me with a refund and I bought another pre-owned s6 active which works great. I’m giving a 3 star review rather than a 1 star because of the Amazon customer service, while the phone was a dud, legitimate attempts to resolve the issue were made and a refund was approved easily. Obviously buying a pre-owned phone is a gamble but it’s loads better when you have a reliable resolution process.

No scratches on screen light scuffs on the conners, nothing i did not expect from a used phone. Only thing im worried about is the battery life. .WARNING. You will need ATT to update OS. – Nice Phone but its not fully unblocked. It comes with an old android version you cant update unless you pay ATT royalties (buy a sim card and an internet plan). Nobody told me that….

Perfect camera phone – Over all the phone has an excellent camera most people look at technology in a phone I look at the capability of the camera. But the battery life isn’t worth a flip and can’t send it receive picture messages. If I have to change the battery I will have to go to a cellphone repair shop to do so it takes special tools to get the back off
