Good phone for the price, great customer service – I have to admit I did not do my homework on finding information for this phone. I had no idea the whole phone is pretty much incased in glass, so I told my son he had to be very careful with it until we were able to get a cover for it. I had no idea it is going to be a huge ordeal and a pain to change out the battery if ever needed. It is nice though that the SIM card is located in its own little slot instead of in the back of the phone with the battery. Customer service on this device was so helpful when it came to making sure the phone would work with my carrier and my plan. I am thinking about upgrading my phone that I have now to this phone. So far my son hasn’t told me any complaints about the phone and seems to really like it

Good bang for your buck. – I liked my S8 so much, I replaced it with this referb for $200. Sure I may be missing out on the hottest new thing, but I’m content with what it is. I’d simply rather pay a couple notes up front to stick with what I’m use to, compared to $40-50 per month for 30 months for needless contemporary tech. So I went this route. Package arrives via FedEx 2 days earlier than expected. Suitable and weather resistant packaging, mind you. Accompanying the phone in the package is a tool to eject the sim card, 1 meter USB C cable,

Not as good as I thought. – Being a fan of Samsung, I liked the phone, so I was a bit surprised at the problems I had with it. When I tried to answer a call, or make a call, I could not hear the voice on the other end of the line. I could barely hear someone talking, but could not hear a single word they said. I could only hear them if I turned on the speaker.
