Clean phone works great. mind you the generic charger may not be same specs as OEM – I love the S9+ phone which is why I wanted another one. And this renewed phone by Amazon was well worth the purchase.

I have 2 older phones that got better reception than this phone in same locations i use this phone in. (same carrier) and this phone also likes to try and hold on to a cell tower… However thats not the sellers fault. I’d say the phone is perfect otherwise

Wow, immaculate S9+ ! – Got this in September 2021, for my birthday. My family got my a 350 phone from somewhere. I said no way, Amazon has some renewed phones that are much cheaper. I don’t need the latest tech, just phone that can do most things well. And I got lucky with this seller and got an S9+ in perfect condition, not a scratch even The battery still lasts forever. Has a great camera, enough ram to play games that I play. I thank you seller, I can’t recall them but I’ll try to edit their name in. High quality, 3 year old used phone. I need to buy my mom the S10 and I hope this seller offers that too. Thanks!

works well – the phone I really like. That being said, the only thing I dislike about it is its not so great reception. Breaks easily, shuts off and overheats – The phone is lasting me in ways but the back cracked right away and I didn’t mistreat it or throw it around..I was very careful with it. I bought a case for it too. It does overheat alot . Battery life isn’t that good and it does just shut down at times for no reason. It does work good im using it now to make this review. I like that it has wireless charging. Other than that it’s exactly like my Samsung s8 only bought this phone cuz I need it for work asap and it was cheap. It is unlocked for sure tho. I put a sim card that’s not a major carrier in it and it works well. Only thing that it cracked for no reason just laying in my purse. I don’t carry keys or makeup or anything hard in my purse and I always looked at my phone to make sure I didn’t damage it and it cracked the first week I had it on the backside all the way across. I hope it lasts me. I mean this phone is 6 years old basically it should be worth less than I paid anyway. Refurbished or not.

Broke my S9 screen, Got This S9 Plus instead… – The device came with all that’s needed to transfer an existing account without breaking a sweat, bigger screen, than my original S9, and overall of good quality. I cracked my S9 screen and thought I’d try one of those screen repair kits.. (glass, not digitizer) It was interesting to say the least, but I blotched it. so, i found this as a replacement.. There IS one issue I’m having with it however.. and it’s kind of a BIG issue for someone who lives where Network Signal is literally “Non-Existent” I have to use “Wifi Calling” when at home, and there’s NO option anywhere within this phone to turn it on. I’ve tried everything, looked everywhere.. it’s simply not there. I only changed from an S9 to this S9 Plus.. I have the same carrier.. so it’s not an AT&T thing.. even in the settings app, i type wifi calling into the search bar, and it says no results.. I don’t know if I’ve just received a glitched phone, or there’s some dumb update from Samsung that removed it altogether (Although that makes no sense) Everwhere else it’s great, i just have to swap my sim card back to my broken S9 when at home so I can use wifi calling.. If I can’t find a fix for this, i’ll give it away to a friend or something and get something that supports wifi calling without the frustration of jumping through hoops.

Good except a couple things. – First time I tried to charge it this is what I kept getting. Finally found a cord that worked. 2nd thing is the volume buttons don’t work the best which is something she can deal with. All in all so far so good.
