Fantastic Quality – This was a replacement for my wife’s phone, which was the same model. The price point was more than fair for a renewed / refurbished phone. The s9 was packaged extremely well, & the phone was in near perfect condition! Battery life is to manufacturer specs. We are impressed & extremely pleased with this purchase! Swapping the SIM card & using the Samsung Smart Switch app were almost effortless.

Junk – The phone had a moisture detection alert on it right when I got it, and we can’t even charge it. I had gotten a couple refurbished phones on Amazon before that were good, but I guess you can’t win them all

Looks like new, doesn’t work like new – Looks great. Was able to set it up. 10 minutes later the screen started having issues. So kind of a waste of money. The reviews are pretty accurate, sure it cheaper than new, but you get what you pay for.
