Good so far – I’ve had this phone for awhile now and it stills seems nice and solid. I was initially hesitant about purchasing an originally $900 phone as an Amazon renewed/refurbished item listed at half the price, but no problems have arisen with it. My roommate bout the same item at the same time and hers is working as well as if it were new just as mine is. Battery life isn’t bad but I’ve had another phone or two that lasted a bit longer with the same amount of use during the day, about 8-11 hours. It does have a nice adaptive battery feature, but if you need a phone that lasts longer with heavy use, a different samsung model may be a better choice. I haven’t done anything with face recognition so I can’t say anything about how well this model does with that. I do use the fingerprint feature daily and it hasn’t had a single problem with it. The scanner is located on the power button, which is on the side. Better location than my previous Galaxy A11, no trouble with the case getting in the way. So far the hinge has not gotten at all worn or or floppy, which can sometimes be an issue with the Flip/Fold models. I always have it folded in my pocket which is awesome, never worry about it falling out a back pocket. Overall it is a very good product and well worth the price

The phone lasted about three days before the inner screen blacked out. I then purchased a renewed Google Pixel 6 through Amazon’s Renewed Guarantee program. That one arrived with defective cameras. So I was leery about taking a chance again on this Flip 3, considering this device’s history of stability to begin with. But I didn’t want to pay full price for brand new, so I decided to roll the dice. At least I’d have the 100 day guarantee to give it a proper shakedown.

Cosmetically it is a beautiful phone, however, there are 3 cracks in the screen at the fold and the description states that there are no damages to the screen. I would never purchase a phone with a cracked screen. The cost of the outer screen is $149, I could obtain this device directly from Samsung at a cheaper rate (after paying for screen repair $149 + tax). Seller is very responsive and professional to inquiries.
