Value for the money – I’ve been wanting a phone like this for a while. I really like the way that it folds so that its a smaller footprint in your pocket. And I really like not having to worry about it breaking in half in my pocket. Was debating between the Motorola and the Samsung. You get so much more with the Samsung.

celular sansumg galaxi – yo soy compradora frecuente de Amazon pero no es posible que para la devolución de un celular sansumg que compre y no es posible que solo haya un mes para su devolucion, pues yo vivo fuera del USA y recién regresare el 12 de noviembre a USA y quiero devolverlo porque cambiar mis contactos de mi IPHON a Samsung es mucho problema pues la batería del samsung dura poco tiempo y trate de emigrar la información y después de 5 horas, no logre traspasarla, pues el celular sansumg se apago y perdi el tiempo.

Amazon return policy*** – The phone is great just didn’t like the Google Play apps. Returned it a couple days later and it’s been over two weeks and still have not gotten my refund. I would be cautious with the return policy with Amazon. I’ve called several times to find out once they have the item it’s then an additional two weeks till you get your money back.

Very nice – Just what my wife had in mind. Compact with a large screen.

Not close to finishing set-up yet. – This is without a doubt a gorgeous phone and has many features, but I’ll have to read the entire user manual as new to smart phones. Although sold as new, there was an occasion where another carrier showed up on a blue screen and my carrier explained that it was an unlocked phone and would still work. Probably the reason didn’t pay full Samsung price. I have little hands and although purchased a cover, the cover doesn’t quite fit the 5G model so can’t adjust volume with it. I would suggest a leather Samsung cover. I have about 214 topics in the user manual to read through.

BEWARE of warranty/customer service – Bought this phone for my wife as a present and phone was working great for first 3 months and then screen starting having problems with lines/dark spots on screen making it unusable. Called amazon about about return and that expired within first 2 months and was told to contact samsung directly. After calling samsung they had us take to “u break I fix” to get repaired….they kept the phone a couple days and did more damage to screen stating “we can’t fix sorry”. We contacted samsung again which they had us send the phone to them using their “Q” code thru UPS. Samsung has had the phone for over 21 days and has told us they sent the phone to a wrong address? We have constantly been given the run around and hung up on too many times to count and keep telling us there isn’t a manger available to speak to us? I will say I’ve had a z-flip phone for over 2 years w/ no problems and like it alot. Its not the phone I’m warning you about its the lack of resolve to be concerned about incase something does go wrong.
