Be very gentle – The phone is super cool and a great conversation starter! But unless you’re super careful, it the middle part always seems to crack. I’ve purchased this $1,000 phone twice now and had the same issues for both. If you find yourself being very physically active, then maybe this isn’t for you…

Fits in nursing scrubs – Please note that U BREAK I FIX are unable to order screen protector through Samsung its not the distribution list you will have to mail it to SAMSUNG which takes up to 2 weeks to get back to get a screen protector on it, if you do it yourself it voids the warranty of the phone. Perfect for nursing and notes folds easy works great fits in scrubs perfect keep basic notes for myself thank you waited for years worth the wait yes has not broken when dropped and will hang off vent gps holder as long as its open if folded will fall

No manual or what is listed that says what comes with it: Travel Adapter, AKG Headset, Data Cable, STD Battery, Handset + Cling. So i guess i have to go buy a freakin charger now thx….

Screen cracks in the cold – After owning this a few months, the screen started cracking if I leave it out of my pocket for more than a couple of minutes when it gets below 40F. The most prevalent crack is right in the middle, but there are other hairline cracks elsewhere. The screen protectors I have regularly replaced help hold it all together and are probably helping it continue to work, but there is no long term solution short of returning this to Samsung and having them replace the whole screen/case part for lots of money.
