Best Samsung to date – Literally this phone is awesome, the fact that I dropped on hardwood floors and the inside of the tub multiple times the inside screen has never broken, I think it’s because it’s like a plastic film like material. So it has a hell of lot a play. That being said be careful with sharp objects since it could probably puncture or cut through the inside screen. Outside screen is glass but I rarely us phone while it’s closed the screen to small for my hands lol

Far exceeds my expectations! – This phone is the bomb! The fact that I did not pay the full price makes it even more lovely. I can not find the flaws that were stated? So far so good. I will update review regarding the battery life. I have only had it for a day. There is soo much to learn of this phone. This is the first phone I have been excited about!

Incredible experience. – I’m not an Android guy, the last Android phone I had was running 4.0, since I’ve used iPhones over the years. Let me tell you, with the flexibility of the phone, not just literally, but systematically, the amount of choice and customization that can be attained by this device is simply incredible. I’ve never ever seen another phone that allows you to play a YouTube video in a panel, then have a stock trading app, and a news feed in two side by side panels… ALL at the same time on a screen that is more than generous with space.

Great everyday use for the average person – If your main job gets you dirty, buy a regular phone, but if you work in a office all day this is more suited for you. This multitasking device is great for doing multiple things at once all on a big screen. Having a mini tablet is nice for everyday use and general online consumption. Just ensure that you keep the device and your pockets clean to ensure longevity of the folding screen. I highly recommend this device especially if it’s under a thousand dollars, anything over that seems overpriced for this device.

Terrible Product and Customer Support – I purchased this Samsung Z Fold on 5/22/22 and received it on 5/25. It has only been 2 months and there is a huge black line down the middle of the screen where the fold is and the right hand side of the phone is useless and won’t respond to touch. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Samsung only to be told I had to send it back/being without a phone for a week or more (which I can’t do since i use it for work). I also told them I didn’t want another folding phone because if was obviously a defective model. They made me take it to UBreakIFix to make sure there was no damage done by me. The guy there said they see this on these phones all the time. The only way I could get a phone was to take a $900 trade in for this piece of junk toward another phone. I paid $1,400 for this phone 2 months ago! It ended up costing me an additional $500 to get another phone. I have many Samsung products in my home-refrigerator, washer and dryer, 3 tvs 2 tablets and my son has a Samsung G20 Ultra phone. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. They didn’t back their product for me and I am very disappointed in them.

Impressive fold but wish it was a little bigger form factor and thinner – It has been about a month with the fold 3 and it is my daily driver. The front screen is useful for a quick scan of incoming email/text/chat or open Google pay for buying something with tap to pay. I do wish the screen was a little wider so for not front screen use ability as well as increased real estate when open. The crease/fold is noticeable in certain conditions and not in others but you can definitely feel the dip while moving across the screen to scroll of type. The multiscreen is great for 3 apps for travel or other use cases. Overall happy with the hardware and software (though the one ui4.0 beta breaks Google play cert so some apps aren’t happy) foldable and rollable are definitely the future and this is a great step in this direction.
