Had High Hopes – Phone looks nice. It is longer than what I had expected. It is running Android 11. Reasonable specs overall until you get to the cons. Some of these cons such as the WiFi was not listed or NFC.

Great phone – My old phone broke so I was in a pinch for a new one so I got on Amazon to see if it was cheaper than going to cricket and it was! I did a lot of searching before deciding on this phone. I needed one that was compatible with Cricket and I wanted to make sure it was before I bought it. I read tons of reviews on other phones and this one was the only confirmed yes for cricket. This was super easy to set up as well. All I had to do was take my sim card out of the old phone and put it in this one and from there it walked me through set up. The only bad thing I have to say about this phone is that I can’t find a cute case for it at all (on Amazon at least) and that sucks. The battery life is amazing on this, I can watch tv on it all day and go to work and not charge it till I get home. 10/10 recommend

Nothing to load, is false. It can be a nightmare to root phone and it voids the warranty – I have an Samsung 9Plus and bought this phone, because Samsung decided not to support the 9’s or add android 11 to this model.

Loved everything until ten months later….. – Afraid to use fingerprint or face recognition. They may work fine I just am old and don’t trust it. Otherwise everything else works as advertised. Then 10 months later the charging port broke and the phone repair place said it will cost $125 to get the part that is in china.

Died less than 1 year after purchase! – Purchased 12/7/21, and loved it. The back panel of the phone started to separate from the body within 8 mo. Today, 11/28/22, could not turn off, sign in…unresponsive and no way to operate. I can’t even get it to transfer photos, etc!
